Almost no discoloration of fillets even after 48 hours when kept at 33.8 \u00b0F to 41\u00b0F.<\/li><li>Cost effectiveness: 4 kg size Gokujyo Goto Buri has the same level of fat content and free form amino acids compared to over 6 kg size winter season wild yellowtail.  <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex\"><li
